Candidates will undergo free remote training to prepare for their full-time roles, which will commence upon successful completion of training.

As a Night Shift Recruiter, you will be responsible for supporting recruitment activities aligned with U.S.-based clients, contributing to a performance-driven and growth-oriented team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate fluently in English with internal teams and clients

• Assist in recruitment activities including candidate screening and interviewing

• Manage recruitment workflows efficiently during the U.S. night shift hours

• Collaborate with team members to achieve recruitment goals

• Participate actively in training sessions and continuous learning

Requirements:

• Excellent fluency in English: spoken, written, and comprehension

• Must be based in Karachi and available for night shift (CST U.S. business hours)

• Motivated, quick learners with a professional attitude
