New Graduate Recruiter

Description:

This is a full-time remote role for a primary research recruiter. The primary research recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and identifying potential candidates for client projects, conducting interviews and conducting outbound calling campaigns for survey recruiting projects. The primary research recruiter will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, managing client projects, and ensuring timely delivery of services. This is a fast paced role with an emphasis on good communication and results. The candidate should have experience in roles with a focus on communication and calling, such as sales, customer support or recruiting, and will also in time engage with clients direct.
