🔑Key Responsibilities:
• Network troubleshooting & support
• Monitoring performance & escalation
• Documentation & IT hardware support
✅Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (BSIT) or a related field
• Networking certifications (CCNA & CCNP preferred)
✅Required Skills:
• Basic understanding of LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS
• Familiarity with routers & switches (MikroTik, Cisco is a plus)
• Strong problem-solving & communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow
