🔧 Role Overview

As a Network Support Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and securing network infrastructure across our outlets and offices to ensure uninterrupted business operations.

💼 Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks across all locations
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues with minimal downtime
Install and configure routers, switches, firewalls, and access points
Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for connectivity and service issues
Implement and monitor network security protocols
Maintain documentation of network setups and issue logs

🎓 Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
2–3 years of experience in network support or IT infrastructure
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network security
Hands-on experience with networking hardware and troubleshooting
Certifications like CCNA or Network+ will be an advantage
