• Monitor and maintain systems, resolving technical issues efficiently.

• Provide support for user accounts, login/password issues, and new applications.
• Manage IT inventory, backups, ticketing systems, and help desks.
• Set up and replace equipment for employees.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth technical operations.
