Responsibilities

Create and maintain documentation detailing the implemented network components as well as relevant procedures and other documentation.
Installing, configuring, and maintaining network cabling and other networking equipment such as hubs, switches and VM’s.
Configuration of WAN protocols such as BGP, OSPF and LAN/WLAN (DNS, IP Addressing, QOS, Spanning Tree, Multicast) on switches and routers.
Configuration of VPN (GRE, IPsec and SSL VPNs), and DNS/DHCP on Fortinet VM based firewalls.
Proactive monitoring of the networks using Solar Winds and PRTG and NMS/Syslog log monitoring, alerting and escalations.
Handle all day-to-day support and security for the internal network.
Configuration, maintenance and administration of Atlassian product Jira.
Troubleshoot and provide Tier-1/2/3 support to diagnose and resolve escalated issues that may cause service degradation or interruption in the connectivity of Data Center, DR and all clients.
Maintaining backups and procedures, daily, weekly and monthly.
