Description:
We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Functional Consultants to join our implementation team. The selected candidate will work as a Project Manager or Support Manager depending on project requirements. This role involves working directly with clients, gathering requirements, configuring NetSuite, and ensuring smooth delivery of implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and lead tasks within NetSuite implementation projects under the guidance of a Principal Functional Consultant.
- Assist the project manager in planning, tracking, and coordinating project activities.
- Conduct workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into NetSuite configurations.
- Configure NetSuite modules including Financials, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Inventory, Fixed Assets, etc.
- Prepare functional documentation including BRDs, workflows, test scripts, and user training material.
- Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, workflows, and integrations.
- Perform system testing and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Provide post-go-live support and day-to-day issue resolution.
- Support multiple projects by managing priorities and communicating progress with stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant.
- Proven experience with 2-3 full-cycle NetSuite implementations.
- Strong accounting knowledge; ACCA qualification (affiliate or member) preferred.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP modules and business process flows.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage tasks, deadlines, and client expectations effectively.
