Netsuite Administrator/developer

Description:

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Developer to join our team. The role will involve managing our company's NetSuite system, supporting users and developing functionality and maintaining the system's health. The NetSuite Developer is responsible for managing and maintaining the NetSuite account and ensuring operations of the system. It is a crucial role in developing strategies to enhance the efficiency of the system while ensuring data accuracy and security.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Configure, maintain, and optimize NetSuite ERP, including workflows, scripts, saved searches, reports, and dashboards.

· Identify and implement automation and process improvements within production, inventory control, and fulfillment workflows.

· Engage with end users to Implement new features and integrations as needed to solutions to issues

· Design and implement NetSuite solutions to improve business processes and increase efficiency

· Provide technical assistance to end-users to support and training for users

· Develop custom reports and dashboards for key stakeholders

· Monitor system health and performance of the system

· Maintain proper roles, permissions, and audit controls within NetSuite to support regulatory compliance

· Collaborate with other departments to integrate and customize NetSuite modules to meet business requirements

· Support and enhance Manufacturing, Advanced Inventory, and WMS functionalities to streamline production planning, material requirements planning (MRP), and warehouse operations

· Other duties as assigned

Qualification & Experience:

· 3+ years of NetSuite administration experience, preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain-heavy environment. (Minimum of 2 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator)

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant field

· Strong expertise in NetSuite administration, configuration, and support

· Expertise in writing scripts for NetSuite

· Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

· Experience providing training and support for users

· Understanding of accounting principles and financial, supply chain and manufacturing processes

· NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation Certification is a plus.
