Netmetering Coordinator

Description:

SkyElectric is looking for Netmetering Coordinator.

Education: BBA/BS-IT/B.Com/BCS
Experience: 6-12 months (Preferably in the Solar industry as Sales/Ops Coordinator)

Key Responsibilities including, but are not limited to:

1. File Preparation(Net Metering, Sanctioned Load Extension, Change of Name Case, AEDB agreements and Schedules) and sanity check of newly assigned cases.
2. Update record of every customer on Salesforce
3. Close coordination with every NM field officer for follow-ups on pending cases and timely cascading vital information/documents.
4. Close coordination with Sales, Ops, NOC, BPM, Finance, etc for timely execution of related tasks.
5. Customer communication target to be ensured every week and month.
6. Regular performance reporting to the management
