Description:

Responsibilities include • NM File preparation and verification before submission to DISCO. • File Submission in DISCO by hand as per SOP within agreed duration. • Strong coordination with DISCO officials for processing net metering cases on a fast pace. • Strong follow-up of cases pending in Governing bodies (DISCOs and NEPRA) on daily basis • Ensuring timely execution of every stage end to end involved in NM process to installmeter in shortest possible time. • Highlighting issues occurring in NM cases whichare causing delay and propose a; appropriate solution. • Coordinating with the customers update them about the status and to facilitate them regarding their queries related to Net Metering. • Inform Net metering management regarding any change in file processing SOP of NEPRA or DISCO'S. • Proper documentation and record keeping soft/hard copy. • Identifying improvement areas and suggesting process improvement plans. • File submit to Planning Dept. of DISCO • Follow-up from DISCO for survey the site. • After site survey cleared the DD planning forwarded NMcase to concerned authority for signing the agreement (as per Sanction load authority). • After signing the agreement, the concern authority has been senciingthe file to NEPRA if the DG system size isgreater than 25KW if itis less than 25KW then he will returnthe case to DD Planning dept. • After issuance of GL the DD planning issue the letter for installation of meter to the concern authority. • The concern authority issues the DN for meter or issue the NOC for private purchasing of the meter. • After that the concern issue the letter to M&T for Installation of the meter.
