Native Android Developer

Larasoft is actively looking for a skilled and motivated Native Android Developer to join its team in Lahore. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in native Android development and a strong grasp of modern tools and frameworks in the Android ecosystem. This role offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative and innovative environment where developers are empowered to create high-performance mobile applications.

The developer will be responsible for building robust Android applications using Kotlin and Java, following best practices and modern development patterns such as MVVM architecture and Jetpack Compose. Additional responsibilities include integrating RESTful APIs, managing local data with Room and LiveData, ensuring app responsiveness and performance, and collaborating effectively with the rest of the development team.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Kotlin and Java

• Experience with Jetpack Compose, Android SDK, and MVVM architecture

• Strong knowledge of Room, LiveData, Migrations, and Coroutines

• Familiarity with Material Design, Firebase, and Git

• Understanding of RESTful APIs and performance optimization techniques
