Cibex Pharma is seeking an experienced and highly driven National Sales Manager (NSM) / Business Unit Manager (BUM) to lead nationwide sales operations and accelerate business growth across Pakistan.

Ideal Candidate:
10+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience
Proven track record in national-level sales and business management
Strong experience building, leading and developing high-performing sales teams
Excellent understanding of the pharmaceutical market and commercial operations
Strong business development and execution capabilities
Well-established relationships with distributors across Pakistan
Strong nationwide distribution network and market contacts
Demonstrated ability to deliver sales growth and business results
Willingness to travel extensively across Pakistan
Karachi-based candidates are preferred
