Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain real-time multiplayer game features
Manage client-server communication and synchronization
Integrate APIs and backend services
Optimize performance, reduce latency, and fix sync issues
Collaborate with designers and developers to enhance gameplay experience

✅ Requirements:
Strong experience with Unity
Solid understanding of networking protocols (TCP/UDP, WebSockets, Photon)
Backend development experience (Node.js or similar)
Familiarity with databases (MongoDB / MySQL)
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

⭐ Nice to Have:
Experience with Fly.io or Firebase
Multiplayer game portfolio
Knowledge of matchmaking systems
