ob Summary:

The Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Sales & Marketing (Bidding) will support the bidding and tender management function by assisting in tender documentation, coordination, and submission activities. This position is ideal for fresh graduates, and comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided according to Fortek’s project-based business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in searching and reviewing tender and bidding opportunities
• Support preparation and compilation of tender and bid documents
• Coordinate with internal teams for required technical and commercial inputs
• Maintain tender trackers, records, and documentation
• Assist in bid submissions and post-bid follow-ups under supervision

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Skills & Traits:

• Basic computer and MS Office skills
• Good communication and documentation ability
• Willingness to learn bidding and tender processes
• Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
