We are looking for an MTO - Marketing from the top 1% of marketing talent in Pakistan. Someone who creates content that reaches millions, runs influencer campaigns, owns distribution from idea to analytics, and uses AI as a core part of how they work, daily, not occasionally. We are not filling a seat. We are finding the one person who makes everyone around them sharper.
This role requires you to stretch. If you are looking for a conventional 9-to-5, this is not it. We expect intensity, ownership, creativity, and your absolute best every single day, because the people around you will bring the same energy.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Ideate, script, shoot, edit, and publish short-form video content across social media platforms, taking an active role both on and off camera.
- Lead end-to-end content production for Fit by oladoc, including shoots (should be comfortable in front of camera), creative direction, content creation, talent coordination, and platform-ready execution.
- Manage influencer relationships end to end: briefing, negotiation, content review, posting, and performance reporting.
- Use Claude, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, Google Flow, CapCut, and Canva etc. to compress the production cycle and scale output efficiently.
- Track content performance and present actionable insights on what worked, what did not, and why, backed by data, not adjectives.
- Build automation workflows for scheduling, repurposing, captioning, thumbnail generation, and multi-platform distribution.
YOU ARE THE ONE IF
- You have made content that real people watched and shared. Not a class project. Show us the numbers.
- You are comfortable on camera and behind it. You brief creators, shoot reels, and pull analytics without being told.
- You know what makes Gen Z content stop the scroll in Pakistan specifically, and you can name examples from last month
- You have briefed or worked with at least one influencer. You know what a good brief looks like.
- Claude or equivalent is already part of your actual workflow, not a line on your resume.
