Description:

The Management Trainee Officer (MTO) will work in any business function allocated to them as per company need. The officer will be going through job rotations in at least 3 functions for cross functional trainings within the period of one year. Upon successful completion of this program & employee performance, employee will be graduating to secure a position with the company.

Mandatory Requirements

• Fresh graduates of Bachelor's or Master's Degree
• Individuals who have 0-2 years of work experience
• Fluent in English
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
