We are looking for an MTO — Product Management from the top 1% of product talent in Pakistan. Someone who thinks in systems, obsesses over user problems, and has already rebuilt how they work around AI. There are very few people at this stage who have done that. That is exactly why this seat exists. If you are one of them, this role is yours to take.

 

This is a high-stretch role built for people who learn fast, operate with extreme ownership, and are excited by problems that are bigger than their current experience.

 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

 

•     Define user problems with enough precision that engineers can build and designers can design, without ambiguity

•     Write product specs and requirement documents that reflect real user needs, not assumed ones

•     Use Claude to synthesize user feedback, pressure-test specs, and identify edge cases before they become bugs

•     Collaborate with engineering and design as a thinking partner, not a project manager

•     Analyze product data, form hypotheses, and own the follow-through on everything that ships

 

BUILT DIFFERENT

 

•     You think in user problems not features. When someone says add a filter, your first question is what problem does the user have that a filter solves.

•     You have used Claude in a product context: writing specs, synthesizing research, stress-testing assumptions. As a workflow, not an experiment. Show us.

•     You have an opinion on what makes a product decision good or bad and can articulate it without using the word intuition

•     You have built something: an app, a tool, a process, a solution nobody asked for. You know what building teaches you.

•     You follow product and AI developments at obsession-level. What launched last week that changed how a product problem could be approached, you already know.
