Motorcycle/scootie Trainer

Description:

Salman Sufi Foundation (SSF) is an independently run social welfare organization focusing on women's empowerment, equality of access to all, and social justice. Our current ongoing projects include Women-on-Wheels, Saaf Bath, and The Pasticceria (a women-led live patisserie) and our partners include organizations such as K-Electric, RB Harpic, Shell Pakistan, Careem, UNDP, and UN Women among others.

We are looking for (3) three female/male trainers to train women on how to ride motorbikes as part of our award-winning Women-on-Wheels program. The Women-on-Wheels project which trains women on motorbikes and helps them obtain driving licenses.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a motorbike driving instructor.
• Responsible for arranging regular training sessions for Women on Wheels project.
• Keep track of every trainee’s progress.
• Comply with and ensure physical safety at all times by regulating and monitoring on ground activity.
• Responsible for bike and fuel maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must be a motorcycle license holder and should be able to handle bike efficiently.
• Must have excellent communication skills and should be able to coach trainee on a one-on-one basis.
• Experience in training women on how to ride motorbikes is preferred.
