Motion Graphics Designer

Description:

A creative opportunity awaits for a 2D Animator / Motion Graphics Designer with at least 1 year of studio experience to bring visual stories to life. The ideal candidate will be skilled in crafting engaging 2D animations, illustrations, and UI animations for a variety of digital projects. This role involves close collaboration with creative and production teams, strong attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to various animation styles and workflows.

The animator will be responsible for developing visual concepts, creating characters and environments, managing feedback loops, and maintaining production efficiency using tools like Trello, ClickUp, or Asana. A good understanding of animation principles and motion design, combined with a proactive and organized mindset, is crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 2D animations, illustrations, and motion graphics

• Collaborate on storyboards, concepts, and visual styles

• Design characters, environments, and UI animations in alignment with project goals

• Conduct QA reviews to ensure consistency and quality

• Track animation tasks and timelines using project management tools

• Incorporate and manage feedback from internal teams or clients

• Maintain detailed production documentation and version control

• Edit and polish animation files for technical compatibility

• Stay current with animation tools and industry trends

• Monitor project progress and resolve any production bottlenecks

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in 2D animation

• Proficient with Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator (or similar tools)

• Familiarity with QA processes and project management methodologies

• Solid understanding of animation principles, motion design, and storytelling

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Ability to accept and apply constructive feedback efficiently

• Experience with ClickUp, Trello, or Jira is a plus

• Bonus: Basic video editing or sound design skills
