Motion Graphic Designer

Description:

HRSG – Innovative Business Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and creative Motion Graphic Designer to join its virtual team. This is a remote-based role ideal for passionate individuals with a strong background in motion design, animation, and visual storytelling.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing dynamic and engaging motion graphics for a variety of digital content formats, including advertising, educational, and platform-specific videos. You will conceptualize and storyboard ideas, illustrate visual components, animate elements, and edit full-length videos tailored for multiple platforms such as web, mobile, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, illustrate, and animate high-quality motion graphics and visual storytelling content

• Develop and present storyboards and visual drafts for advertising and platform-specific content

• Edit and enhance videos with sound effects and voice-overs to create immersive viewing experiences

• Produce content optimized for web, mobile, and social media platforms

• Perform post-production editing including color correction, transitions, and audio syncing

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand content goals and translate them into powerful visual content

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Motion Design, Animation, Media Communications, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in motion graphics, animation, and video editing

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including:

  • After Effects

  • Premiere Pro

  • Photoshop

  • Illustrator

• Working knowledge of audio tools such as Adobe Audition and Audacity

• Solid understanding of current video trends and best practices for digital content

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
