Description:

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore for an Injection Molding & Machine Maintenance Manager. The manager will be responsible for overseeing the injection molding process, ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of machinery. Key tasks include monitoring production performance, developing maintenance schedules, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and implementing process improvements. The manager will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless production processes and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Injection Molding processes and machinery
• Experience in Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving mechanical issues
• Ability to develop and implement maintenance schedules
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and lead a team
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Experience in the home appliances or electronics manufacturing industry is a plus
