Mobile App Growth Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

For ASO Specialist:

• Conduct comprehensive App Store Optimization (ASO) for both Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and metadata optimization to boost app rankings.

• A/B test icons, screenshots, and other visual assets to improve conversion rates.

• Track and analyze performance metrics to improve visibility and downloads.

• Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to align ASO strategies.

For User Acquisition Manager:

• Plan, execute, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google UAC, TikTok Ads, and others.

• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPI, CAC, LTV, and ROAS to guide campaign strategies.

• Manage budgets efficiently while scaling campaigns profitably.

• Explore and experiment with new UA channels and partnerships to maximize growth.

• Conduct market and audience segmentation to target high-value users effectively.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in either ASO or Mobile User Acquisition (both preferred).

• Strong understanding of mobile user behavior, trends, and analytics tools.

• Familiarity with app performance tools like App Annie, Sensor Tower, or MobileAction.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Self-driven, creative, and performance-focused mindset.
