A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a highly skilled MIS Manager to manage and analyze critical business data. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data analysis, reporting, and database management, with a focus on optimizing sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collect, process, and analyze sales data to offer actionable business insights.
2. Update and maintain doctor coverage data in sync with marketing and field force plans.
3. Monitor YTD field force expenses and ROI summaries for budget oversight.
4. Ensure the secure and organized storage of data within an accessible database system.
5. Analyze historical data to identify trends and forecast sales and marketing activities.
6. Generate performance reports for field force, aiding in strategy, territory planning, and resource allocation.

Requirements:

• Graduate with 5-6 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical MIS or similar roles is preferred.
