Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and maintain MIS reports and dashboards

* Analyze large datasets to provide business intelligence and performance insights

* Automate and streamline reporting processes

* Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field

* Proven experience in MIS or data analysis roles (2+ years preferred)

* Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau (or similar tools)

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Excellent communication and presentation abilities
