What We're Looking For:

📚 3-5 years of Scrum Master/Agile Project Manager experience

🏆 Professional certifications (CSM, PSM, PMP preferred)

💼 Strong business analysis and client-facing experience

🛠️ Technical understanding of software development processes

🗣️ Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
