Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and articulate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Supply Chain Management (SCM) Functional Consultant to join our growing team. This role is client-facing and requires frequent interaction with Director and VP-level stakeholders from global enterprises. Strong communication skills, fluency in English, and the ability to drive workshops independently are essential.

You will play a critical role in the implementation and optimization of the Supply Chain modules of D365 F&O, including Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead functional workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into D365 F&O solutions
• Configure and implement SCM modules including Inventory, Procurement, Product Information, Production, and Warehouse Management
• Liaise directly with client stakeholders (including VP/C-suite) to ensure alignment on business objectives
• Write Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and work closely with the technical team for customizations
• Conduct testing, training, and post-go-live support
• Identify gaps and provide improvement recommendations for business processes
• Ensure timely delivery of tasks and documentation

• Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as a D365 F&O Functional Consultant, with at least 3 full-cycle implementations focused on SCM
  • Deep expertise in one or more SCM modules: Inventory, Procurement & Sourcing, Product Information, Warehouse, Production
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience working with international clients, especially in North America or Europe
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with overlapping US/EU business hours
