Responsibilities:

  • Consultation and Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with clients to understand their financial management needs and gather business requirements to design effective Dynamics Finance solutions.
  • System Implementation: Lead the end-to-end implementation process of Microsoft Dynamics Finance, including system configuration, data migration, testing, and deployment.
  • Customization and Configuration: Customize Dynamics Finance to meet specific client needs, configure financial modules, charts of accounts, and taxation settings.
  • Integration: Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of Dynamics Finance with existing systems such as ERP, CRM, or other relevant applications.
  • Training and Support: Conduct user training sessions to familiarize clients with the Dynamics Finance system and provide ongoing support for post-implementation issues and enhancements.
  • Financial Reporting: Design and develop financial reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights for clients' financial decision-making processes.
  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any technical or functional issues related to Microsoft Dynamics Finance implementation and usage.
  • Stay Updated: Stay abreast of the latest trends, updates, and best practices in Microsoft Dynamics Finance to suggest improvements and innovations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics Finance in a consulting capacity. Demonstrable involvement in at least 3 full lifecycle implementations is required.
  • Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Finance modules and functionalities, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with finance and accounting processes across various industries and an understanding of local financial regulations and taxation in Pakistan.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Dynamics 365 Finance and related Microsoft technologies. Knowledge of Power BI and other reporting tools is advantageous.
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to identify business challenges and provide innovative solutions using Microsoft Dynamics Finance.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage project timelines, scope, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
