Meta Ads Specialist

 

Description:

This is a full-time, on-site META Ads Specialist role based in Karāchi. The META Ads Specialist will plan, create, and manage advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and related placements) to drive traffic, leads, and conversions for video and content services. Daily tasks include setting up campaigns and ad sets, defining audiences, managing budgets, testing creatives, monitoring performance, and optimizing for key performance indicators such as ROAS, CTR, and CPA. The role involves collaborating with the creative and video teams to brief ad concepts, refine messaging, and align landing pages and funnels with campaign objectives. The specialist will also prepare performance reports, present insights, and suggest data-driven strategies to improve results and scale successful campaigns.
Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budgeting, and optimization for Facebook and Instagram.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, CPA) and using data to make tactical decisions.
  • Ability to collaborate with creative teams to develop effective ad copy, visuals, and video assets tailored to different audience segments.
  • Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, sales funnels, and performance-driven advertising strategies.
  • Experience running A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and placements, and documenting learnings for future campaigns.
  • Familiarity with pixel implementation, conversion tracking, and basic attribution concepts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain performance and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in an agency or content-focused environment, especially with video or YouTube-related services, is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
