We are seeking a highly skilled MERN Stack Software Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in professional software development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Next.js, React, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB, along with a deep understanding of modern software architecture and performance optimization.
