Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of advanced web applications using (MongoDB, React, Next.js, Node.js).
- Design and implement high-quality user interfaces with robust animations and transitions using frameworks such as GSAP, Framer Motion, or Lottie.
- Integrate and manage secure payment solutions (Stripe, PayPal, crypto payment systems).
- Contribute to blockchain/Web3 integration, including wallet connections, smart contract interactions, and token-based transactions.
- Ensure application performance, accessibility, and SEO optimization across all platforms.
- Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
- Implement state management strategies (Redux, Zustand, or similar) to handle complex application data.
- Uphold security and compliance standards, ensuring all applications adhere to industry best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration processes.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development with proven expertise in React.js, Next.js, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Demonstrated experience with animations and creating advanced, interactive user experiences.
- Proven track record integrating payment gateways and blockchain technologies into production systems.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and real-time data handling (WebSockets).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Deep understanding of application performance optimization and security principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and deliver complex projects.
