Mern Stack Engineer

TechPrysm is seeking talented MERN Stack Engineers to join our expanding team in Lahore. This is an excellent opportunity for developers passionate about building robust, scalable, and efficient web applications using the MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN) technology stack.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development with strong proficiency in both frontend and backend technologies. You should have a solid understanding of RESTful APIs, backend integrations, and component-based frontend architecture. Experience working collaboratively with teams using Git and version control workflows is essential.

Candidates must demonstrate an ownership mindset, with strong communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams and contribute to delivering high-quality software products.

Preferred / Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Next.js or TypeScript

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization tools such as AWS and Docker

• Background in startups or SaaS product development
