Are you passionate about building scalable, high-performance web applications? We’re looking for a Mid-Level MERN Stack Developer to join a dynamic on-site team and work on impactful digital products.

📍 Location: Karachi (Onsite)
🕒 Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
🏠 Work Model: 5 Days Office | 1 Day WFH
💰 Salary: Up to 120K

🔧 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨

Develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
Build reusable components, APIs, and scalable backend services
Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance existing applications
Participate in code reviews and stay updated with latest technologies

👨‍💻 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫

Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience
2+ years of professional experience with the MERN stack
Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Redux/Context API
Solid backend experience with Node.js & Express.js
Good understanding of MongoDB (data modeling, aggregation, optimization)
Experience with RESTful APIs and Git/GitHub
Cloud/deployment knowledge (AWS/Azure) is a plus
Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
