As a MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack

• Build responsive and dynamic frontend interfaces using React.js

• Design RESTful APIs and backend services with Node.js and Express.js

• Manage and optimize databases using MongoDB

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and product managers to implement new features

• Ensure high-quality code through testing, debugging, and performance tuning

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best development practices

Requirements:

• Minimum 1.5 years of hands-on development experience in MERN Stack

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, and modern development tools

• Experience in building APIs, handling third-party integrations, and deploying applications

• Familiarity with Git version control, agile development methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines

• Good communication and collaboration skills

• Portfolio showcasing relevant full-stack projects is a plus
