NESL IT is hiring a MERN Stack Developer with a solid command over modern full-stack development practices. As part of the team, you will be responsible for creating dynamic web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to handle both front-end and back-end tasks with efficiency and confidence.

You will be tasked with building scalable services, writing reusable UI components, managing state efficiently, and ensuring seamless data flow across systems. Experience with Redux, REST APIs, third-party integrations, authentication/authorization flows, and Git-based workflows is essential.

Responsibilities include:

• Translating designs into fully functional user interfaces

• Developing scalable server-side logic

• Creating and consuming REST APIs

• Ensuring application responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility

• Collaborating in agile sprints and code reviews
