Mern Stack Coach

Description:

• Train and mentor staff on MERN Stack technologies
• Lead code reviews and ensure high-quality code delivery
• Use data-driven insights to design KPIs and OKRs for team members
• Use performance management tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana) to track team progress
• Provide regular feedback and support to team members
• Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring project delivery is on time and within budget
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve project issues
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recommend process improvements

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of MERN Stack technologies.
• Proven experience transitioning from a hands-on role to a managerial role
• Experience in managing and mentoring engineering teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to assess team performance and provide feedback.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
