Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop and maintain scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
✅ Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
✅ Optimize applications for speed, security, and scalability.
✅ Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to ensure seamless integration.
✅ Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
✅ Implement authentication & authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
✅ Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring smooth application performance.
✅ Stay updated with latest industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

✔ 5+ years of experience in MERN stack development.
✔ Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, and TypeScript (preferred).
✔ Hands-on experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management tools.
✔ In-depth understanding of MongoDB, database design, and query optimization.
✔ Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Firebase, Digital Ocean, etc.).
✔ Proficiency in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies.
✔ Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
✔ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
