Description:

We are seeking a skilled MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) Developer with 3-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in full-stack development and a strong understanding of the MERN stack. Excellent communication skills are a must, as the timing for this position is from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (night shift). As a MERN Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality code standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in web development.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in full-stack web development, with expertise in the MERN stack.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience working in a night shift role is preferred but not mandatory.
