Mep Project Engineer

Description:

As a MEP Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing installation, testing & Commissioning of electrical, extra low voltage. mechanical and plumbing works as per Project BOQs, drawings & specification.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Review Drawings and specifications to handle execution of MEP Works.

- Coordination with Civil and MEP Contractors for timely execution.

- Follow up daily basis of material demand, Stock availability and delivery at site.

- To assist Contractors in making of coordination drawings for installation of different services.

- Supervise the installation of Electrical, Extra Low Voltage, HVAC, Fire Fighting and Plumbing Systems as per drawings and specifications.

- Responsible for the Inspection of Work Done and Check Requests.

- Analyze mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing engineering problems and formulate solutions.

- Supervising contractors to ensure that work meets deadlines.

- Ensure the product maintenance.

- Check the outlet fit-outs and syncing with out design and to ensure the compliance with our guidelines.

- Ensure the vendor management with regards to MEP equipment

- Review and evaluate the IPC submitted by contractors.

- Daily/Weekly/Monthly progress report writing to Line Manager.

- Manage the day-to-day work of the MEP Contractors
