Description:
The incumbent is responsible for the medical training of the doctors while also contributing to the overall learning and growth of the company through data analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage technical upgrades on OLP in liaison with the Technical Team.
- Audit and manage data collection through the application and the clinical team in liaison with the Technical Team.
- Ensure the Medical Advisory Board has qualified members.
- Supervise and lead the Medical Advisory Board.
- Generate doctors training modules and content along with the Advisory Board.
- Manage and execute CME with the Medical Advisory Board.
- Provide medical training to new and existing doctors where needed.
- Conduct final interviews for Doctors in liaison with the HR Department.
- Develop and strengthen the monitoring, evaluation and inspection procedures across the doctors’ and nurses network.
- Contribute to the overall learning of the organization through data analysis of the data collected from the doctors’ network.
- Manage data collected from the Patients’ feedback system.
- Manage the quality assurance of doctors through audits and identify gaps for training.
REQUIREMENT:
- Must have a medical background, MBBS or Masters in Public Health
- 3 years minimum experience.
- Good communication skills
- Hands on experience with MS Word and MS Excel
- Tech Savy
- Must have experience with managing and reading large data.
