📍 Location: Johar Town, Lahore
🕐 Job Type: Full-Time | Mon–Fri

Experience Required
▪️ Team Lead – Minimum 5 years in medical billing
▪️ Manager – Minimum 8 years in medical billing

Key Responsibilities
✔️ Lead, mentor, and manage a team of medical billing specialists
✔️ Monitor daily workflow and ensure timely claim submission
✔️ Resolve complex billing issues and escalations
✔️ Conduct audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
✔️ Train and onboard new staff
✔️ Present billing performance reports to senior management
✔️ Stay updated on insurance policies and billing practices

Requirements
▪️ 5–8 years in medical billing, with 3+ years in leadership/supervisory role
▪️ Strong knowledge of billing software, insurance guidelines, and denial management
▪️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
▪️ Strong organizational and time-management skills
▪️ Problem-solving mindset; able to work under pressure
▪️ High level of integrity and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications
▪️ Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
▪️ CPB, CMRS, or equivalent certification
▪️ Experience with Chirotouch, Chirofusion, Kareo, AdvancedMD, Athena
