We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Billing Specialist (Team Lead) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in claims processing, payment posting, and resubmission. The ability to navigate and efficiently utilize medical billing software such as eClinicalWorks (eCW), AdvancedMD, and Kareo/Tebra is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Process medical insurance claims with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
• Post payments accurately and reconcile discrepancies.
• Handle claim resubmissions and appeals, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Utilize medical billing software (eCW, AdvancedMD, Kareo) proficiently to perform daily tasks.
• Collaborate with the billing team & account managers to ensure streamlined operations and maximum reimbursement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in medical billing.
• In-depth knowledge of claims processing, payment posting, and resubmission procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
