🧾 Position:
Medical Billing & RCM Specialist

🔍 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handle medical billing and claim submissions
✅ Review AR reports from EHR/PM systems
✅ Follow up on unpaid/denied claims with insurance companies
✅ Work on EOBs, ERAs, and payer portals
✅ Resolve claim denials and improve reimbursement flow
✅ Maintain billing accuracy and compliance standards

📌 Requirements:
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in US Medical Billing / RCM
✔ Strong knowledge of claims submission, AR follow-up, and denial management
✔ Hands-on experience with EOBs, ERAs, and insurance portals
✔ Must understand CPT/ICD-10 basics and billing workflows
✔ QA/Audit experience is a plus (not mandatory)
