Mandatory Requirements:

• ECW (eClinicalWorks) Expertise: Deep, hands-on proficiency with the ECW platform is essential.
• Primary Care Billing Experience: Proven history of managing RCM for Primary Care practices.
• Behavioral Health Billing Experience: Solid understanding of unique coding, claim submission, and payer guidelines specific to Behavioral Health services.
• Full RCM Proficiency: Must be an expert in eligibility, claim submission, payment posting, denial management, and AR follow-up.
