TekSoft Solutions is looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Billing Executives to join our growing team. This role involves handling U.S.-based medical billing processes, working closely with providers, insurance companies, and patients to ensure accurate claim submissions and timely reimbursements.

🔸 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit medical claims to insurance companies.
• Follow up on unpaid or denied claims.
• Maintain accurate patient billing records.
• Work on EHR/EMR systems and billing software.
• Communicate with U.S.-based healthcare providers and insurance companies via email or phone.

• Fluent English communication skills (both spoken and written) – must
• Computer proficiency with MS Office and data entry – must
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in medical billing is a plus but fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply.
