Medical Billing Executive

MBNC is a growing healthcare RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) company dedicated to delivering quality billing and coding services to healthcare providers across the U.S. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Billing Executive to join our team and help ensure timely and accurate claim processing and payment posting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit medical claims to insurance companies (electronic and paper-based).

• Follow up on unpaid claims, denials, and rejections.

• Perform payment posting and reconciliation.

• Verify patient eligibility and insurance benefits.

• Communicate with insurance companies, providers, and patients as needed.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in U.S. medical billing.

• Familiarity with claim submission, denial management, and AR follow-up.

• Experience with billing software and clearinghouses (e.g., Office Ally, Availity , ECW, PracticeSuite, etc.).

• Good communication and analytical skills.
