Medical Billing Executive

BITKNOX LTD is actively hiring skilled Medical Billing Executives to join our onsite team located in DHA Phase 2, Haly Tower. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professionals with 6 months to 1 year of experience in U.S. medical billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services to advance their careers in the healthcare billing industry.

The role involves handling end-to-end medical billing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Candidates must be proficient with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and possess a solid understanding of medical coding and claims management workflows. This is a full-time role with working hours from Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate charge entry, payment posting, denial management, and accounts receivable follow-up.

• Use EHR systems such as Kareo, AdvancedMD, Athena, NextGen, or similar software for billing processes.

• Apply CPT and ICD-10 coding knowledge to ensure accurate claim submissions.

• Monitor and manage insurance claim submission workflows and verification.

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and maintain data confidentiality.

• Collaborate effectively within the team to meet billing deadlines and targets.

• Communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing, with clients and internal teams.

Required Qualifications:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in U.S. medical billing and RCM services.

• Proficiency with Practice Management Software and EHR systems (e.g., Kareo, AdvancedMD, Athena, NextGen).

• Strong knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 coding and billing workflows.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.

• Basic understanding of HIPAA guidelines and insurance verification processes.
