🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle medical billing and claims submissions for US-based healthcare providers.

• Conduct follow-ups on unpaid claims with insurance companies via calls and emails.

• Resolve denials and rejections by analyzing root causes and taking corrective actions.

• Maintain updated records in billing systems and ensure claim accuracy.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet collection targets.

• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain patient data confidentiality.

✅ Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).

• Basic knowledge of the US healthcare system or RCM industry is a plus.

• Prior experience in medical billing, claims processing, or customer support will be an advantage.

• Ability to work night shifts (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM).
