This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about US medical billing and revenue cycle management to join a supportive, high-performance team operating on the US CST night shift.

We are looking for detail-oriented, organized, and communicative individuals to fill roles in Insurance Verification (IV), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Patient Collections. Candidates must possess relevant healthcare billing experience and be ready to work onsite in a fast-paced environment with strict attention to data accuracy and process integrity.

Key Responsibilities by Role:
🔹 Insurance Verification (IV):

• Validate insurance benefits and eligibility for patients

• Contact insurance carriers to confirm coverage prior to services

• Ensure accurate data entry into EHRs and billing systems

🔹 Accounts Receivable (AR):

• Follow up with insurance companies on unpaid claims

• Resolve claim denials, rejections, and underpayments

• Manage A/R aging reports and ensure timely collections

🔹 Patient Collections:

• Contact patients for outstanding balances professionally

• Offer support in resolving billing-related inquiries

• Manage payment plans and ensure accurate documentation

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in any of the above roles

• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)

• Proficiency with EHR systems, payer portals, and clearinghouses

• Ability to work independently during night shifts (US CST timezone)

• Must be residing in or near Wapda Town, Lahore
