Responsibilities: Enter and verify patient information, charges, and insurance details Prepare and submit medical claims to insurance companies Follow up on pending or denied claims Maintain billing records and documentation Coordinate with internal teams for claim resolution Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies
