About the Role:
MetRCM is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Biller with hands-on experience using PracSuite PMS. The ideal candidate will handle complete billing operations — from claim creation and submission to payment posting and denial management — for US-based healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:
Create, review, and submit accurate medical claims through PracSuite.
Manage charge entry, payment posting, and account reconciliation.
Handle claim rejections and denials with timely follow-up and resolution.
Review EOBs, ERAs, and maintain claim accuracy.
Communicate effectively with insurance companies and provider offices.
Ensure compliance with payer rules and HIPAA regulations.

Requirements:
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in US Medical Billing.
✅ Strong expertise in PracSuite (mandatory).
✅ Excellent understanding of the claim life cycle, CPT, ICD-10, and modifiers.
✅ Strong communication and analytical skills.
✅ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
